Fundraising Information

This page is currently being renovated in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. Please check back soon!

In the meantime, for those interested here is our basic playbook:

  • We are an onboarding gateway offering free advice and basic education to charities on the possibilities of crypto fundraising.

  • We advise charities to set up a multi signature wallet with a minimum of 2/3 signatures required for actions.

  • We recommend charities set up a wallet alert service to notify of any inbound/outbound payments remotely. This is both to keep track of donations and to keep a record of outgoings.

  • We recommend each charity consults with local tax authorities on their cryptographic donations to ensure compliance.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow for anonymous donations and so the Photograph3r team can act as proxy - the mint function is called via our smart contracts, on our platform.

  • General fundraising will be made public via a platform-wide report each year and individual reports will be made available for each charity to tally with their financial accounting.

For later review, our ethics, carbon and anti-slavery charters are in vetting stages.
